Students must provide all required documentation as requested by the stated timeline in order to participate in this trip.

Off-Campus Trip Form

The Off-Campus Trip form must be:

  • Downloaded and reviewed,
  • Page 3 fully completed and signed by you, and
  • scanned and uploaded to your registration.

SPARC Completion Certificate

You must complete the SPARC (Sexual & Interpersonal Violence Prevention and Response Course) training for this academic year (dated from July 1, 2025), and then a scan/screengrab of the training certification must be uploaded to your registration. 

To access SPARC, log into Brightspace and locate SPS Student SPARC Training Spring 2025 under My Courses.
