Students must provide all required documentation as requested by the stated timeline in order to participate in this trip.

Off-Campus Trip Form
The Off-Campus Trip form must be:
- Downloaded and reviewed,
- Page 3 fully completed and signed by you, and
- scanned and uploaded to your registration.

SPARC Completion Certificate
You must complete the SPARC (Sexual & Interpersonal Violence Prevention and Response Course) training for this academic year (dated from July 1, 2025), and then a scan/screengrab of the training certification must be uploaded to your registration.
To access SPARC, log into Brightspace and locate SPS Student SPARC Training Spring 2025 under My Courses.
You can access the training by using the link below to log in to Brightspace.
