While in attendance at the 5th Annual LGBTQI+ Student Conference, I hereby grant The City University of New York (CUNY) and Medgar Evers College (MEC) permission to use my name, the name of the educational program in which I am enrolled, my photograph and any video including my image for any purpose that CUNY may deem appropriate, including without limitation educational uses and promotion of CUNY and its programs and activities, in perpetuity, in in-house publications as well as in all other media, whether now known or later developed. Please note that all guests at the Conference will receive a specific lanyard which will indicate whether or not you would like to be photographed.
