From Overwhelmed to Organized: Finding Balance in Busy Times 

When everything feels urgent, it’s easy to lose focus and feel stuck. This grounding workshop helps students manage competing priorities, set healthy boundaries, and use simple strategies to reduce overwhelm. Through interactive reflection and practical tools, participants will learn how to create a sense of calm and direction, even during the busiest weeks.

She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with her Master of Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work. Dorene approaches her work with each person in a holistic and collaborative manner. She strives to continually provide safe and supportive spaces where people are seen and heard.
