Motivation in Motion: Staying Engaged and Energized in an Online World
When energy dips and deadlines pile up, staying motivated can feel like a marathon with no finish line.
This skills-based workshop helps students identify their core motivators, build small daily habits, and overcome procrastination—while also learning to create flexible routines, set realistic expectations, and practice self-compassion. The focus is on staying disciplined without burnout, using practical tools and peer reflection to support long-term success.
