Student Association Professional Development Grant

Professional development can take many forms - from attending a conference and learning from industry professionals to completing a certification course or joining a professional organization.

The Student Association Professional Development Grant (SAPDG) provides eligible students with financial support to invest in their professional knowledge, skills, and career development. Each academic year, the grant supports more than 40 students as they participate in professional development opportunities.

The Professional Development Grant is proudly sponsored by Student Association. The CUNY School of Professional Studies (CUNY SPS) Student Association is the elected representative and appropriating body of currently enrolled degree and for-credit-certificate students. The Student Association works to provide a forum for discussion of school related issues and matters of particular concern to the student body. The Student Association also develops and administers online and in-person social and cultural programming and activities.
