This interactive session explores both individual and group decision making frameworks including consultative, aggregated, democratic, and consensus. Through a discussion of the benefits and challenges of these frameworks, including the influence of technology on decision-making, students will engage in decision making through a case study approach. Through reflection, they will be challenged to consider how these various approaches align with their leadership style and might be applied in the future.
