Join this seminar which explores the emotional side of career change, and how to identify personal strengths, navigate uncertainty, and develop strategies for building confidence and a sense of belonging in your next chapter.

Andrea Hernandez, M.A. (she, her)
Andrea Hernandez-Vega, M.A., is an advanced doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at the City University of New York (CUNY). She currently works as a Clinical Fellow in the CUNY SPS Student Counseling Services office providing psychotherapy and psychoeducation to CUNY SPS students. Andrea provides psychotherapy for adults dealing with many issues including depression, anxiety, and difficulty reaching personal goals. She has trained at The Psychological Center at City College working with teens and adults, and has also worked in schools helping students build confidence. Her therapeutic approach centers on curiosity, helping clients explore challenges like procrastination, overwhelming emotions, or uncertainty about identity and direction, within a warm, co-created space that balances self-compassion with challenging unhelpful patterns.
