Eric Cottrell currently serves as a House Director and Academic Advisor at the University of Pennsylvania. He has over ten years of experience in Student Affairs and specializes in providing workshops on leadership, change management, communication, and community engagement. Eric is also currently serving as the Regional Programming Coordinator on the NASPA Region II Advisory Board and on the Executive Committee of the Stonewall Sports, Inc. Board of Directors. Through his various roles, Eric has experience in navigating complex transitions and is excited to share his knowledge and approach with you!
