This workshop is in-person only.
Leadership is developed through intentional growth, not simply earned through a title or position. This interactive in-person session invites students to build on the concepts explored throughout the retreat by reflecting on their values, leadership identity, and personal growth. Through collaborative learning, guided reflection, and experiential activities, participants will strengthen their self-awareness, connect with fellow student leaders, and explore how intentional choices shape their ability to lead with authenticity and purpose.
