This topic stems from the article that was written for the global publication, Food & Wine, about the importance of Queer Spaces, especially in the hospitality industry. During the workshop, students and participants will have the opportunity to learn about the history of queer spaces, recognize contemporary spaces, brainstorm their ideal space, and what does a queer space look like in the future in relation to changes in the social landscape.
